Description:Exciting opportunity with a community mental health organization located in Clearwater, Florida. This administrative support position entails performing functions in medical records including filing, data entry and scanning and attaching and any other duties as assigned.

Directions fro Living has embarked upon implementing and imbedding Trauma Informed Care principles throughout our agency. Candidates should have knowledge and/or interest in assisting Directions for Living carry out this implementation.
Duties:This is a temporary, variable hourly position which does not include any benefits. Individuals in this position will potentially have contact with clients on the phone or in person depending upon the duties assigned. Individual must present well and have excellent customer service skills. Team member may be required to perform other duties as needed. Must demonstrate effective working relationships with other departments and possess a willingness to be flexible. This exciting and challenging opportunity involves being an integral part of Directions’ team. This position will work to establish measures of excellence that will enhance the customer’s experience. This position is located in the Clearwater office.
Qualifications:•Excellent customer service and people skills required.
•Minimum of 2 years relevant and comparable experience in a health care environment preferred.
•Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support position preferred.
•Team player & ability to work with others well.
•Experience working with electronic healthcare records, preferred.
•Initiative and willingness to learn a must.
•Ability to work independently, to coordinate multiple tasks, prioritizes work and manages time to accomplish tasks with multiple interruptions.
•Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented.
•Strong capability in MS Word and Outlook.
•Computer literate and able to work in electronic health care system proficiently.
•Detail oriented, organized and reliable individual required.
